Roclayer is increasingly committed to sustainability. Since the factory was built, solar panels have been installed, ensuring partial or total energy consumption during the day.
Since the creation of our factory in 2018, we have installed around 4,000 solar panels, generating clean, renewable electricity.
In 2022, Roclayer began consuming energy exclusively from renewable sources. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, we avoided emitting 102 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere, which is equivalent to planting 5644 trees.
To reinforce our commitment to sustainability, we are also investing in renewing and converting our fleet to electric vehicles.
Our focus is increasingly on using resources that are less polluting and harmful to the planet, while maintaining their quality and durability. We try to use more biomaterials and as few fossil products as possible.
To preserve biodiversity, we offer our clients the possibility to use FSC certified paper, which guarantees that it comes from responsibly managed forests, with environmental, social and economic benefits.
Our medium and long-term goal is to create a 100% circular economy, increasing the useful life of products and ensuring their reusability and recyclability. To do this, we base ourselves on the continuous innovation and evolution of our products and business model.
